Airlink will, from 5 September, introduce an additional flight on the Johannesburg-Bulawayo route.
The new morning flight, which is targeted at business travellers resident in Johannesburg, will depart weekdays, Monday to Friday, from O.R. Tambo International at 06h25 and arrive in Bulawayo at 07h45. The return flight departs Bulawayo at 08h05, arriving at ORTIA at 09h30.
Airlink has also added additional capacity over the Christmas season with an afternoon flight that will operate from 12 December to 15 January. Flights will depart ORTIA at 15h00, arriving in Bulawayo at 16h20, with the return flight departing Bulawayo at 16h40 and arriving at ORTIA at 18h05.
The addition of a 19th aircraft to Airlink’s Embraer ERJ135 37-seat regional jet fleet has made the additional flights possible.
