According to eTNW, Air Namibia flights between the Namibian towns of Windhoek and Rundu, and those between Windhoek and Katima Mulilo, will no longer operate from Eros Airport, but will move to Hosea Kutako International Airport from 29 March.
“Reasons for this change include the need to eliminate the cost of positioning aircraft between Eros Airport and Hosea Kutako, as well as to increase aircraft utilisation rates,” the airline said.
Flight times for operations to Rundu and Katima have also changed, and travellers are urged to take note of new departure and arrival times at time of making bookings, or by contacting the call centre.
