AVANI Hotels & Resorts – a Minor Hotels brand – has announced the development of its first hotel in Mauritius, which is scheduled to open in 2021.
AVANI Bel-Ombre Mauritius Resort & Spa will offer stylish accommodation on the beach.
Only 30 minutes from the international airport, the hotel will comprise 150 guest rooms, made up of 134 standard rooms and 16 suites.
In addition, there will be 12 residential four-bedroom pool villas on offer for purchase, which will be included in the development.
The new resort will offer both a specialty and all-day dining restaurant.
Additional facilities will include a multi-functional meeting space catering for MICE, a spa and gym, an AVANI Pantry, a kids club, a beach activities centre and two swimming pools.
