High tea at Hemingway’s restaurant

Springbok Chef Jan de Wet Botha, Executive Chef at Hemingway’s a la Carte Restaurant and Wine Cellar, tucked away in the indigenous gardens at Leriba Hotel and Spa in Centurion, has conjured up an utterly decadent afternoon affair.

High Tea is now available on request at Hemingway’s Restaurant and Wine cellar for only R145 per person and will be available 6 days a week, from Monday to Saturday.

The menu is carefully crafted to include treats that will appeal to every palate. Mushroom and Parmesan Bouchees and Salmon and Cream Cheese sandwiches are masterfully balanced with decadent Belgian truffles and mini mousse cakes, to only name a few.

Hemingway’s Restaurant boasts a Diners Club Platinum Winelist with wines that pair exquisitely with such decadent treats!
