Executive Apartments & Hotels (EAH) has selected Samsung Electronics South Africa as its supplier of television sets for its newly-opened Empire Executive Apartments and Hotel in Sandton, an upmarket Johannesburg suburb.
EAH has furnished each of Empire’s 42 three-bedroom studio apartments with Samsung TV sets in every bedroom and lounge.
Empire Executive Apartments and Hotel, the first hotel to be built in Sandton in the last four years, is a 132-room apartment hotel, which has been built with flexibility in mind. It can be run as a traditional hotel, or with long-term rentals. The units can also be sectionalised and sold as stand-alone apartments or investment rental stock. The property has been designed in such a way that every room has direct access from the corridor, but can also be configured into two- or three-bedroom suites, offering services to business travellers who simply require one room, or are looking for a bigger suite with a lounge, kitchen and other facilities.
