The Capital Hotel Group is developing a new hotel in Africa’s first green, mixed-use development in the South African city of Pretoria.
The multi-million dollar 315,000m2 Menlyn Maine is already home to leading corporates, and the development of its new Central Square will introduce a 213-room apartment and conferencing hotel.
The hotel offerings will include in-room dining concierge, uncapped, high-speed complimentary wi-fi, HD full-bouquet satellite television, complimentary parking and shuttles, and is expected to open for business in September 2016.
