Peermont’s Emperors Palace, situated in close proximity to Johannesburg’s O.R. Tambo International Airport, has completed comprehensive upgrades to its convention centre, as well as to the Theatre of Marcellus.
A contemporary spin on the original sophisticated interior of the convention centre has created a fresh new look and feel.
The renovations include an extension to the original facility in the form of an additional 440m² room, sub-divisible into two with high-tech acoustic slide-away doors. An additional meeting room and boardroom, as well as a further five smaller rooms, have been added, all of which can be accessed from the service areas to allow for seamless service. Additional seating areas in the pre-assembly area will ensure comfort for guests throughout their conferences, events or ceremonies. Plush new carpeting throughout, as well as a new reception desk, add the finishing touches.
