As part of the acquisition of the Faircity Hotel Group by Premier Hotels, The Roodevalley Faircity Hotel has undergone a facelift.
During the course of this year, there have been a number of upgrades to the hotel’s facilities, including relocating the hotel’s bar to a new separate area adjacent to the Country Kitchen Restaurant.
As part of the facelift, the group has upgraded the Cormorant Terrace function venue.
This spacious venue, with large wall-to-wall windows, now expands onto a sizable balcony overlooking the river and includes a built-in stage, buffet area and bar.
In the new year the kitchen will be further revamped and expanded to accommodate the on-site bakery that used to be housed in a separate building.
The full venue offering on site includes 15 conference and events locations, with 11 indoor venues and four semi-outdoor and outdoor spaces to host functions.
