According to eTNW, from 1 September all passengers who purchase Air Botswana tickets at the airline’s South African airport ticketing offices in Johannesburg and Cape Town will be charged an airport ticketing service fee of $35.
The fee will not apply to purchases conducted through the reservations office.
The fee only applies to the initial ticket issuance and does not apply to revalidated, reissued, or exchanged tickets.
All airport ticketing service fees are considered consumed at the time of ticket purchase and therefore are not refundable.
