Air Seychelles will replace its reservation and check-in system with the Sabre Reservation and Check-in system from 19 March.
The first service to be handled under the new platform will be flight HM3143 on 19 March from Praslin to Mahe, while the first international flight to be handled in Sabre will be HM18 Seychelles to Abu Dhabi. Full systems migration is expected to be complete by 21 March.
To ensure a smooth check-in experience during the cross over period, Air Seychelles would like all passengers flying from Seychelles between 19 and 21 March to note the following:
- Guests travelling on international flights should arrive at Seychelles airport at least three hours ahead of the scheduled flight departure time.
- Guests travelling on domestic flights should arrive at Seychelles domestic and Praslin airports at least one hour ahead of the scheduled flight departure time.
- All passengers must bring a printed copy of their booking confirmation and/or travel itinerary with them to the airport.
