Airlink introduces business class to Richards Bay

Following the introduction of jet services on the Johannesburg-Richards Bay route, Airlink will include a business class service from 1 October.

Airlink’s business class service is styled in the manner of a European intra-continental service, as currently offered on other Airlink routes.

The service includes a welcome drink, hand refreshment towel, a cold meal served on crockery, branded silverware on a tray, a choice of white and red wines, a 30-kilogram check-in baggage allowance, and lounge access at O.R. Tambo International Airport.

The recently-acquired Embraer E-Jet 170 regional jets used by Airlink to operate the route feature six business class seats with a generous seat pitch in a 1-2 seating configuration, with large eye-level windows and ample overhead bin space to accommodate carry-on items.
