Amadeus has signed a strategic technological agreement with SAP to deliver a cloud-based corporate travel solution, including online booking, expense and mobile capabilities.
Amadeus will integrate the SAP Cloud for Travel and Expense solution with the Amadeus e-Travel Management, creating a unified user interface and a common workflow with a single end-to-end offering for corporate direct clients and resellers. The new offering, which is available globally, is sold under the Amadeus brand and delivers an on-demand solution from a single provider in the travel industry.
With this agreement, Amadeus will extend the capabilities of its cloud booking solution to offer an end-to-end service, from booking to expense refunding. This partnership aims to reduce travel management costs and increase consistency in policy compliance throughout the entire process and journey.
