Best Western International has announced the development of two Best Western-branded hotels in Addis Ababa (Ethiopia), scheduled to open in 2015 and 2016. These properties will be the first Best Western-branded hotels in the country.
Best Western Plus Abyssinia Hotel will be an upper midscale hotel, located at Bole Medhane Alem roundabout, adjacent to Medhane Alem Mall.
The 11-storey hotel will offer 168 rooms, each one including a flat-screen HD TV with cable channels, a mini–bar, work desk and complimentary Wi-Fi. The Abyssinia café will offer Ethiopian roasted coffees. The all-day dining restaurant will offer breakfast, lunch and dinner buffets, and a specialty restaurant will serve themed culinary dishes. A rooftop lounge will entertain guests with Ethiopian jazz. Other hotel facilities will include a laundry, spa, gym and 24-hour room service.
Best Western Noah Hotel will also join the Addis hospitality arena as a midscale internationally-branded hotel, located at Bole Medhane Alem area with 121 rooms, small and medium–size meeting rooms, a café, an all-day dining restaurant, and a lounge bar.
