Business Traveller Africa would like to clear up any misconception created by Champagne Sports Resort being awarded the ‘Best Small Hotel Conference Venue’ in the annual Business Traveller Africa Awards.
Champagne Sports Resort has a conference and exhibition centre with floor space of 1,200m2 (usable area), seating up to 1,400 delegates and banqueting 850 guests at round tables.
In total, the property has 16 conference venues.
Other venues include the Sentinel Room which seats up to 1,000 delegates, the Monks Cowl Centre, which seats up to 550 delegates, the Summit Room, which seats up to 400 delegates, and the more intimate venues, which range in size and can accommodate between 20 delegates in a private boardroom and 150 delegates in a small conference venue.
All venues come standard with state-of-the-art conference equipment, internet access, and with access to a business centre.
Champagne Sports also has an extended dining room and expanded buffet area, which comfortably feeds up to 700 guests with little queuing.
Also on site, a wellness centre with an upmarket spa and gym, and Champagne Sports Resort’s famous 18-hole championship golf course.
