Legacy Hotels & Resorts will put its Commodore Hotel through a soft refurbishment from 13 July.
The rooms will receive new carpeting, curtains, lighting and headboards. In addition, a number of en-suite bathrooms will also be upgraded to include showers.
The Commodore, situated at the V&A Waterfront in Cape Town, will still take bookings during this time, with the project expected to reach completion in late 2015.
