The InterContinental Hotels Group has announced a partnership with Teresa Cutter, one of Australia’s leading authorities on healthy cooking.

The founder of The Healthy Chef will develop a range of fresh and healthy menu options exclusively for the MICE market in Crowne Plaza Hotels and Resorts across Asia, the Middle East and Africa.

Classically-trained chef, nutrition expert and certified fitness trainer Teresa Cutter will create a collection of 60 original recipes for Crowne Plaza meetings’ menus, including breakfast, mid-morning, lunch, afternoon tea and healthy snacks.

The dishes are all designed to fill guests up without weighing them down, helping them to perform at their very best. Each item will feature fresh and healthy ingredients to energise business guests for a productive meeting.

“This new healthy eating programme for Crowne Plaza will further enhance what we offer today’s high achieving travellers to ensure they stay at the top of their game,” said Phil Broad, Vice-President Food and Beverage, IHG AMEA.
