Hotel Partners Africa (HPA), the consultancy formed by four African hotel industry consultants, recently announced that it has signed an association agreement with CVT International Consultancy (CVT), based in Addis Ababa (Ethiopia). Under the terms of the agreement, CVT will act as HPA’s exclusive representative in Ethiopia and Djibouti, developing new businesses.
CVT’s consultancy focuses on facilitating discussions at the initiation phase of major projects in sub-Saharan Africa, introducing investors to projects, government officials to investors and prospective suppliers to the project managers. HPA provides its clients with a range of services throughout the lifecycle of an African hotel venture, from feasibility and market studies, operator selection and negotiation, valuations, sourcing funding and finance, development management and procurement, to personnel recruitment, asset management and eventual exit.
