Switzerland’s Edelweiss Air will once again operate seasonal flights to Cape Town (South Africa). Until mid-May 2016 the airline takes up a twice-weekly non-stop service between the Mother City and Zurich using the Airbus A330-200.

Since the completion of the long-haul fleet refurbishment, Edelweiss expects that passengers will experience a significantly improved cabin. Business class is equipped with lie-flat seats and a new in-flight entertainment system including 16-inch screens.

Economy Max provides passengers with 15 centimetres more legroom and many other amenities, whilst the Edelweiss economy class has also received a makeover with new seats and a new in-flight entertainment system that includes touch screens.
