Iberia will be launching its new premium economy class onboard its South African flights in 2019. From April until the end of October 2019, customers will be able to fly in this new cabin on Iberia’s flights on the Johannesburg-Madrid route.
The new, separate seating class is already available on the airline’s flights from Madrid to Bogota, Boston, Buenos Aires, Chicago, Lima, Mexico City, Miami, New York, Panama City, Quito, Santiago de Chile and Sao Paulo.
Features of the new premium economy class include 20% more separation between rows, five additional centimetres seat width, 40% more seatback recline, adjustable headrests and reclining footrests, and a larger luggage allowance.
