The Pearl Valley Hotel by Mantis, planned and developed by the Mantis Collection, is set to welcome guests in April.
The first phase of the hotel, located on Val de Vie Estate in the Paarl-Franschhoek Valley in the Western Cape of South Africa, will comprise 40 single or double suites – 37 of which have already been sold to individual investors – arranged in the form of 10 freestanding double-storey buildings. The second phase of the hotel will also consist of 40 suites.
Amenities will include the Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course, a clubhouse and restaurant, a hotel club room, a gym with Technogym equipment, a swimming pool and tennis courts.
