South Africa-based The Regency Group has opened the 220-suite The Regency Apartment Hotel in Menlyn, Pretoria.
Overlooking Ashlea Gardens and just off the highway, the property is located within the city’s newly-developed business zone.
The Menlyn shopping and office district is a five-minute drive away and a trip to O.R. Tambo International Airport will take you about 35 minutes.
The development consists of apartment-style hotel suites in one and two-bedroom options.
Each apartment is fitted with air-conditioning and luxury finishes, including appliances by Miele.
The Regency Apartment Hotel Menlyn has an on-site 24-hour restaurant, Platina, which serves fusion and international cuisine.
There is also 24-hour room service.
Other facilities include conference and meeting rooms that can accommodate 80 people, a bar, gym, and security.
