SAA cancels New York flights due to bad weather

South African Airways has advised its customers that due to the adverse weather conditions as a result of a snow storm in New York (USA), the airline has cancelled two flights between John F Kennedy International Airport (JFK) in New York and O.R. Tambo International Airport in Johannesburg.

Flight SA203 from Johannesburg via Dakar (Senegal) today (26 January) and flight SA204 from JFK to Johannesburg tomorrow (27 January) have both been cancelled.

SAA customers in possession of tickets issued on or before 26 January for travel from Johannesburg to Dakar and/or New York, and New York to Johannesburg on the above flights only, and who may be affected by the flight cancellations, will be offered assistance through SAA’s call centres, city ticket offices, airport ticket offices or travel agencies. Alternatively customers may visit the SAA website for further updates.
