The Akwa Ibom government has signed an agreement with Starwood International for the management of its Four Point Sheraton Hotel under construction at Ikot Ekpene.
The new hotel will offer 128 standard rooms, 16 suits and two presidential suits on 12 stories. Construction is being handled by the Renaissance Construction Group, and the hotel is scheduled for inauguration in March 2015.
The Le Méridien Ibom Hotel & Golf Resort is currently managed by Starwood International.
