Customers travelling in Air France’s Economy and Premium Economy cabins can now book Seat Plus for a small cost.
Seat Plus offers more legroom at an additional cost of $13, $20 or $25 depending on the length of flight.
The airline has also assured passengers that its teams would reply to customers in less than an hour, 24/7 on the social networks: @airfrance, @airfranceFr and on Facebook.
Customers with tablets can download the AF Press mobile application for access to up to 12 magazines and 16 newspapers. This service is in addition to Air France’s paper press offer worldwide in its lounges, boarding areas and on board its aircraft.
