The onsite restaurant on the third floor of the Radisson Blu Gautrain Hotel, Sandton in Johannesburg, Central One Bar and Restaurant, has reopened after a R7m ($490,000) revamp.
The new design embodies a warm, welcoming and comfortable environment for both the staff and patrons; a warm colour palette enriched with earth tones and raw natural materials has been used to provide guests with a space which is luxurious yet comfortable.
The use of wood and stone create a visual, physical and emotive balance between the perceived warmth and cool naturally attributed to environments making use of these materials.
