Golden Wings takes to the skies

According to eTurboNews, Golden Wings Aviation has begun operating in South Sudan.

The new airline launched domestic flights yesterday between the South Sudanese capital of Juba and Wau, capital of the Western Bahr el Ghazal state. The airline, which is operated by SKASouth Africa, will initially operate three passenger flights a week, but also plans to operate exclusive cargo flights on demand.

According to Gurtong.net, Managing Director Obaj William Olau intends for the airline to launch flights between Juba and Entebbe (Uganda) in the future.

The price of a ticket from Wau to Juba will start from $150.
