New menu for African Pride Crystal Towers

African Pride Crystal Towers Hotel & Spa in Cape Town has launched its new a la carte menu for Towers Restaurant, which is the debut fine dining menu of new Head Chef Terrence Ford.

Ford has pared down the menu in terms of the number of dishes, but made it more complex in the interplay of flavour and nuance.

“Chefs are drawing inspiration from all over the world, and while some dishes may have a home-grown start they’re given a global twist with ingredients such as grapefruit chutney, that accompanies the salmon on our menu,” said African Pride Hotels Group Marketing Manager Nicholas Barenblatt. “Each dish has been crafted rather than created and it’s something you only fully understand when you take your first bite.”

The African Pride Crystal Towers Hotel & Spa is home to the second largest conferencing venue in Cape Town, after the Cape Town International Convention Centre, and is in high demand for its four conferencing venues that, combined, can accommodate up to 450 delegates, and eight boardrooms with conferencing butlers.

The hotel is located in Century City; it is a 10-minute drive from the CBD, and 15 minutes from Cape Town International Airport.
