The Recreation Africa group has announced the opening of the new reception at Misty Hills Country Hotel, Conference Centre & Spa in Johannesburg, South Africa.
Following a fire last year, the reception has been redesigned to include a bird-watching walkway, which overlooks the hotel’s indigenous gardens and water features.
The reception also hosts a gallery of ornithological paintings and other local art. A larger-than-life size bronze statue of Dr David Livingstone, by local sculptor Adam Madebe, celebrates the 200-year anniversary of his birth.
