SAA increases capacity to the coast

South African Airways has announced that it will increase capacity on its Cape Town and East London routes, following an increase in demand for seats from passengers wishing to travel to South Africa’s coastal cities.

SAA operates daily flights between Johannesburg and Cape Town as well as Johannesburg and East London. “The frequencies on these routes will remain the same. What has changed is that we have deployed bigger aircraft on specific days, thus increasing capacity and enabling us to meet the demand,” said SAA Spokesperson, Tlali Tlali.

Passengers interested in flying on these routes can follow the normal booking and reservations procedures which remain in place. The scheduled regular operations to East London, Port Elizabeth and Cape Town will stay the same.
